Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean environment to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, follow company guidelines, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Efficient cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment.
• Follow cleaning standards and company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work well independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
