Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company guidelines.
• Process customer transactions and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to management and participate in inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of handling equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
