Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure efficient store operations and superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily activities.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
• Contribute feedback to improve product quality, manage inventory, and uphold cash handling procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating store equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register accurately.
• Able to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Work well independently and in a team, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
