Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Take part in store inventory counts according to guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure the store meets company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience or relevant combination of education and experience.
