Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and stock product to maintain store appearance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Work together with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and potential improvements.
• Follow cash-handling procedures and uphold company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at Aldi.
• Capability to operate a cash register efficiently and deal with customers courteously.
• Ability to follow guidelines, procedures, and ensure store cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
