Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration with the Aldi team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
