Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other necessary equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
