Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience advantageous.
