Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
