Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork with the ALDI staff.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and store performance
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
