Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. In this position, you will collaborate with team members, stock shelves, and maintain a clean shopping environment while actively engaging with customers to assist them in their shopping experience.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register with efficiency.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
