Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, restock shelves, and arrange merchandise displays meticulously.
• Offer superior customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management, participate in inventory counts, and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, uphold document security, and complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Skilled in operating a cash register and various store equipment.
• Capable of adhering to cleaning standards, interpreting company policies, and communicating effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and relevant experience is acceptable.
