We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking products, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Providing outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Working collaboratively with the team and communicating effectively with management.
• Participating in inventory management and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
