Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct store inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds and perform various physical tasks
• Stand, bend, reach, and move around the store as required

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Skilled in customer service and cash register operations
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
