Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a crucial role in maintaining store operations and providing excellent customer service. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and follow cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
