Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain the overall store appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, inventory, and security.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubbers, and more.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
