Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
