We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Stock shelves, assist customers, and communicate product feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
