Job Description

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
