Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the store, including merchandise stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and orderly store environment. Your focus on delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide superior customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies
• Adhere to security protocols and maintain confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
• Experience in retail is preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability of working independently and within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
