Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and established company procedures.
• Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Able to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Meeting state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
