Join ALDI as a Full Time Store Associate and take on a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly. As a key part of the team, you will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with a top-notch shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain neat merchandise displays, and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver friendly customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of handling equipment and carrying out cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma preferred, with retail experience beneficial.
