Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall store appearance. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team while delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and provide feedback on product quality and customer issues.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
