Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering and merchandising duties with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
- Assist customers and address their inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products and inventory.
- Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to maintain the store standards.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
