Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies, maintain document security, and perform assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
