Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the store, including merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Contribute to store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures, maintain document security, and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Proficient in efficient cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Capable of meeting physical demands like stocking, lifting up to 45 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
