Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Skilled in operating equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
