Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure displays are neat and appealing.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately while providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management by monitoring accuracy and participating in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Capability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
