Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI core competencies and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to company cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Experience in retail operations and cash register handling preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
