Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• Work effectively in a team environment and follow company policies.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
