Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Collaborate with team members and follow company policies and procedures.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Participate in inventory management and assist in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
