Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a key role in delivering a top-notch customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. values consistently in your role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts, and follow cash-handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Perform general cleaning duties and adhere to company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
