Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow all company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Skilled in using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• A combination of education and experience is acceptable
