Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and arrange merchandise displays professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and contribute to inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Capable of performing physical tasks like stocking shelves and general cleaning.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
