Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as a cash register, floor scrubber, and hand jack.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
