Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Report feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
