Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate with a competitive starting wage of $16.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in customer service and operational skills.
• Process customer purchases, organize merchandise, and ensure shelves are stocked neatly.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling procedures, and maintain store policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as required.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
