Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, processing purchases, and working collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Follow company policies and maintain document confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register.
- Knowledge of equipment operation and general cleaning standards.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
