Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
- Assist customers with shopping, communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and follow cash policies.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to company policies.
- Perform physical tasks like stocking, lifting, and operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and company equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
