Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise products, cashier, maintain cleanliness, and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Work in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
