Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a great appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team. You will be responsible for various tasks such as cashiering, stocking shelves, and assisting customers with their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
