Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail and operating a cash register is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
