Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service skills in line with ALDI Acts Competencies.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Operate cash register efficiently and handle cash transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
