Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain tidy merchandise displays.
• Assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Comply with company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
