Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning tasks according to standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions efficiently.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
