Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Report product feedback, inventory issues, and any concerns to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy following guidelines.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and uphold document confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
