Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Work with the team to communicate effectively and support store operations.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Follow company policies to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to use equipment and perform cleaning duties as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
