Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's smooth operation, from merchandising and stocking products to providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to store management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols to protect company assets.
• Complete assigned tasks and other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Safe operation of equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
