Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and handle data confidentially.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
