Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Adhere to company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
